What is the shipping policy?
Furniture is delivered by nationwide furniture experts, except for small packages. You can also pay for additional delivery rates and options which include in-room placement, debris removal and assembly. Commercial deliveries are shipped with traditional freight carriers and are shipped on custom pallets. If you would like you can also make arrangements to have your order shipped by a carrier of your chose from the warehouse in Florida but pickup charges do apply. Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout. Furniture Super Source does offer international shipping but these orders are by container only and shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. Delivery times do vary and you can contact the shipping department for details. Please note that all deliveries require a signature and a telephone number is required for all orders so that the carrier can contact you prior to delivery.
What is the return policy?
At the time of delivery the customer is required to sign a physical inspection report. If you notice any damage such as crushed corner, dents, worn tops, bottoms or edges, scraping or any other problems with the order you must write a description on the physical inspection report. If you then you notice unacceptable level of damage you can write Refused Damage and give a description of the damage. You must then call customer service within 24 hours about the damage. Your order will then be replaced free of charge. Please note that you will still need to pay for transportation for your return order (excludes pickup and concealed damage orders). All items are covered by a warranty that protects against any defects in the manufacturing and failures of the component materials for 90 days after the date of delivery.
